I had a very good stay during my business trip. I greatly enjoyed our big rooms and the affable staff. the room had big windows with a view of El Paso. the awesome breakfast included was a nice touch. the hotel has a particularly good and absolutely perfect location near the mall for lunch, the park on the other side, and the Real Inn in Ciudad Juarez.

very bad customer care, dirty bathrooms, dirty pool,smelly rooms and very poor service cancellation with many requirements...!!!

Bed didn't have a bed base (frame) The bed is set direcly on the floor :( Front desk staff were deeply disrespectful, I had to wait 45 minutes to check in :(

This place was a nice spot for exploring the city, we really enjoyed our double room with A/C and big windows.

I am older and speak only English but I could not figure out how to turn computers on in business center .Also no free breakfast with room.

This hotel offers a true 5-star experience with good service. the rooms are very pretty and spacious, with nice beds. the hotel boasts a nice swimming pool and enjoys a particularly good location close to an enclosed mall and important areas.

This place is conveniently located near a mall and restaurants, with a quick check-in process.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to restaurants, open areas, and the Juarez industrial area. My room was spacious with large windows that offered a view of El Paso. The room had smoke detectors for added safety.

Our room was comfy with a cozy bed and an awesome view. We also enjoyed having a TV with satellite channels, climate control to set the room temperature, and a safe to keep our belongings secure. The bathroom was tidy and well-maintained. 🛏️

The rooms here are brand new and very nice, with large windows that overlook El Paso, and the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming.

- They did not wanted to honor their free shuttle to the American Consulate until I showed then their description in Booked.net - King bed sheets do not fit and cannot be tucked in in their low quality matress . - Pool in extremely poor condition. Broken borders and tiles all over , dirty water. - "Free buffet breakfast" only allowed from 6 to 9am . $10 charge if you arrive a minute late. No flexibility even during the weekend even that it sits there until 11.30am every day. - Zero restaurants within walking distance in the surrounding area. Taxi needed for distance and safety.

The staff here is friendly, check-in was fast, and there's a great bar on site, and the double room had big windows and effective air conditioning.
